What’s my approach to coaching? It has almost nothing to do with me and everything to do with the juicy magic inside of you. I’m not saying this in some woo-woo way—you are a POWERHOUSE of creative potential. The reason I love coaching so much is that the hang-ups in our lives—the sticky areas where we self-sabotage, feel blocked, hold onto resentment, obsess over food and body image—these “stuck” areas are gifts pointing us to hidden reserves of strength, energy, and power. Through the process of coaching, we dive straight into what feels uncomfortable to reclaim your life-force energy and direct it consciously in the direction of your wildest dreams. You are here to do great things. You are here to laugh and dance and sing and make an impact on the world with your spirit. You have so many gifts that you’ve barely started to unwrap (trust me, even if you feel pretty gifted already…there’s more)!

It would be my honor to journey with you into the sacred, hidden corners of your soul and guide you through the activation of your inner wisdom. As your coach, i’m here to listen for and honor your intuition, guide you in the direction of your highest excitement, and make my role entirely unnecessary as you learn to trust yourself and your creative yearnings like never before.
